How can I create a callout with multiple leaders?

[Mrs. Attention to Detail]

I want a callout with multiple leaders (one callout pointing to 2-3 places on
the document). I know you can stack multiple callouts on top of each other,
but you will always have a line where the leader "gap" should be. Any
suggestions?

Use a textbox and draw the lines yourself.
