In word how do I create an extra leader on a callout?

I want to be able to create a callout (comic strip speech bubble thing) with
two leaders (points that come off the speech bubble), but nothing seems to
tell me how I can do this!

I'm not clear on how you'd connect both leaders from a
single callout bubble to one point, but you can create
the first one, type Ctrl+D while it's selected to duplicate it,
switch the leader on one to a new position by dragging the
yellow diamond then group the two together as one autoshape.
But, whether there is an extra visible line to deal with across
the leader can depend on which Callout shape you use.

I expect he wants to label two separate but identical objects with the same
callout.
