How can I create a daily schedule for different classrooms?

I am a principal of an elementary school. I want to be able to type a
teacher's schedule in numbers and have it appear in a graph or drawing
showing what the teacher is doing at a specific time of the day. In essence,
creating a daily schedule.

I would suggest using Outlook's calendar function. But then each teacher
would have to make sure they had everything kept current.
