How can I create lined, journal pages? (Landscape or Horizontal)

My 3rd grade daughter needs to make journal entries on lined pages. I'd like
to print out some pages with lines for her to write on, then fold them in
half and staple, thus creating a mini-journal.

Any suggestions how I create such pages?

Setup your publication as a booklet. A table would work. Create the table
with one column and with the desired amount of lines(rows), copy/paste to
each page.
