How can I delete a template on Word.. My grandson downloaded a we.

Somehow my grand sopn downloaded a http:\\ web page into my tempalate
area os MS Word. It is connected to a online link. When I click to open it
the Page opens. If I am on line it connects me to that page. How can I
remove it?

find it in Windows Explorer and delete it.

If I'm reading you correctly it sounds as if you've got the Web content
saved in Normal.dot? See
