How can I delete words from my MS word dictionary

I accidentally clicked on 'Add to Dictionary" an incorrect spelling. How can
I delete it from that list?

Tools, Options, Spelling & Grammar, Dictionaries, Edit.
This is for 2003 and prior, maybe different for 2007.

Thank you for your reply, but I have Office 2007 w/ MS Word 2007 and don't
have htose options anymore (that I am aware of anyway).

Thanks to you too, but I have been to that site. It doesn't seem to have the
info for MS Word 2007 that I am looking for.
