How can I download just Microsoft Publisher?

Yeah, we all wanted that but since that isn't possible or legal, we opted to
pay for it.

In this case the term "love nor money" does not apply. You'll need to buy it.
However (hoping he won't get thrown out of the group)... you could
investigate "open source" software ie. OpenOffice. The option is there.

This is like going into your local Police Department and asking them how to
rob a bank.. I would suggest that before doing the aforementioned, you make
an appointment to see somebody in the medical profession..

Meme,
I'll consider your question just a poor choice of words, not as if you
intended on stealing. That is, if you are even reading anymore responses,
and haven't died from embarassment.

You can get Publisher "free" for a 30 day trial period. It's even legal from
Micorsoft. The catch is you have to pay for the shipping cost, which probably
won't be much, AND you have to install with CD's. But, at least you can try
before you buy...or not buy, ah
whatever...http://www.microsoft.com/Office/publisher/prodinfo/trial.mspx
