How can I export my outlook contacts and categories together?

I've exported my contacts from outlook on one pc to my new pc and it didn't
keep them in the same categories.

Why would you export? You weren't changing file formats.
Just copy and reuse your Outlook data file.

Also, it is not clear what you mean in your post.
Contacts will remain assigned to their categories.
Custom categories, however, are stored in the registry, not the Outlook data
file.
