How can I fill note containers with a colour on OneNote2007?

Hey. I find one note really good, but is there any way where I can make One
Note containers filled with a colour (like shapes on Word), give them border
colours....

Ive tried drawing a rectangle behind them but htats a bit awkward. Any
ideas? Please give me the full answer, step by step.

Thanks!

Note Containers can't be formatted. They are intended to be visible
guidelines showing where content is on a page, and are not intended to be
formatted objects.

It would be a nice vNext feature. I find myself wanting to do the same at
times.

I also think it would be a great feature, I have been searching high and low
to try and find out how to do this as I felt sure it must be a standard
feature, it's such a basic thing.

Yes, I agree that a feature like that would be good for vNext.

In the meantime you might be able to sort of get the same effect either
with highlighting or but maybe creating a shape in the drawing tools.

IMHO a valid suggestion!
May be it could be implemented in the next* version (Office 14).

You may post this as a suggestion for the next version in "Connect",
the place for submitting
suggestions and bug reports to the developers team:

When done, pls drop a note with the URL in here so that we can jump in
