How can I flatten layers to create one document

I have created a document that has many different layers to it (i.e. text
boxes and images). I want to save it as html to publish on a website. Cany
anyone help?

Why not edit your website, add a page, copy/past the pub file to the added
page and do your normal website save and then send it to the server.
