How can I get rounded corners on my pictures?

I have found a way to insert a rectangle on my picture, but the picture
corners still appear outside the rectangular frame. There must be a way to
make a rectangular frame around a picture that has rounded corners. Right ??

There is a rounded corner autoshape. Select the autoshape, fill, fill effects,
picture tab.
