How can i import my hotmail contacts to outlook?

I am using a e-mail add @msn.com I setup outlook using http and it downloaded
all folders and everything.. except contacts. There isnt a single contact.
How can i download my contacts on hotmail easily to outlook? I am using
Outlook 2003 by the way...

Are there any other option other than upgrading to hotmail plus or premium?
Cos I dont want to upgrade....
