How can I keep a copy of messages in server while using Outlook?

The default setting is to receive message to Outlook, and the original
message in the server is deleted. How can I change the setting such that I
can keep the message in the server so I can read the message from any
computer?
Thank you.

I am using Vista, Windows Mail/Windows Live Mail.
Outlook should have something similar to this :
Tools > Accounts > highlight the account, then click Properties > Advance,
check the box that says " Leave messages at the server " > OK
Make sure you repeat the same procedures on the other computers.

You didn't say what version of Outlook, but for Outlook 2007, the steps are:
On the menu, click "Tools"
click "Options" in the drop-down menu
click the "Mail Setup" tab
click the "E-mail Accounts" button
(select - highlight your account)
click the "Change" button
click the "More Settings" button
click the "Advanced tab"
click the checkbox labeled "Leave a copy of message on the server"

What version of Outlook? The steps will vary depending on this information.

Also, you'll want to determine what your mailbox size settings are with your
mail provider. Too often I've seen people enable the option to leave a copy
of their mail on the server, then their mailbox on the server side fills up.
Find out what your mailbox size is on the server, and determine based on the
amount of mail you get how long to keep mail on the server. If you tend to
frequently get large file attachments you'll want to remove mail from the
server sooner than if you just get standard emails.

Just remember that you've made this change in case you eventually start
getting "your mailbox is full" error messages, or people are trying to send
you mail and it's bouncing back to them.
