how can i make a rule that checks the body of a message that has been
bounced back to me? you know, the messages that come from system
administrator saying "Undeliverable: ". for some strange reason my outlook
won't check the body of the message... it will check the subject, but i want
to to check the message body. why doesn't this work? im using outlook 2003
sp1, exchange server 2003.

That's because such messages actually have no body text. What you see is generated by Outlook on the fly, not stored as a message body.
