how can I make an 8-page bookfold?

I need to print and bind a book using publisher output. The bookfold option
seems to allow only 4 pages. This is too small for sewing. How do I make an 8
page fold?

Go to page 4.
Choose page from the insert menu. You will be prompted whether you really
only want one page or four additional.
