How can I move Outlook contacts to Apple's Mail?

I'm moving off my company's PC to an Apple Macbook Pro. How do I get my
Outlook contacts onto the Apple e-mail system?

Try exporting them to a CSV file using the File menu > Import & Export
command and see if the Mac program can import it
