How can I populate a column of numbers when I have text headsings.

Hi i'm trying to make a list of seal numbers, but throughout the list I have
the heading of "Seal #" every so often. Is it possible to make a list of
numbers when text is in the same column or no? Please help!
Thanks!

No. All entries must have or not have the "Seal #" designation. It would be
easier to delete it. Click on the row containing the seal numbers. Using
Edit-Replace, type "Seal #" (and any spaces) in the "Find what" box, and
nothing in the "Replace with" box. Try it on one or two cells, and if it
works, click "Replace all." You will then be able to sort the list however
you want.

And if you want to be able to see Seal # when you scroll down the page as a
header - click under seal # and choose window / freeze panes
to get this to print out on each page choose - file / page setup / go to the
sheet tab, click in rows to repeat at top and click on the row NUMBER that
contains the word "Seal #"
