how can i print the screen with my inbox messages

i would like to print off my outlook inbx screen so that I can try to analse
what is needed.

While viewing the window you want, press Alt-Print SCreen. This will make a
copy of the window on your clipboard. Start Word and click Edit>Paste.
This will put your picture into a Word document which you can print.
