If you have a large format printer you can use 11 x 17 paper, this you would
setup in the printer. Otherwise...
Setup your page as a poster, set the size width 11" height 14.5" landscape. Use
WordArt for your letters, resize to fit.

You could see if your printer will print a graphic on multiple sheets (some
do, some don't) and then use a graphics program to create a large .jpg.
