How can I recoop a lost install

Hi,

I have an office standard package. I was told I could install in three
different PC. Which is great, my first PC crashed and it was under warranty
the Store deicded to replace the PC and give me another. I called MS and
told them that and I wanted to recover the Install. The lady who helped me
out said that I had a three installs and that in the future all I had to do
was call them and they would give me the opportunity to load it unto a
third. I was given a MINI-LAPTOP where I want to install MS Office. I need
to recover the lost install how do I go about this?

You don't need to "recover" it. Simply install on the other machine, and
you may have to use phone activation.

You dont have 3 installs, you can install on 3 working PC's
You can install as often as needed provided its not on more than 3 PC's at
any one time
