How can I reset where files are saved when I click on "Save As"?

When I select "Save As" my files are first saved in a Tempory Internet File;
how can I change the location to where I want them to be saved, without
having to make several clicks each time to get where I would like to be the
default location?

Choose Options from the Tools drop down menu. Click on File
Locations. Under File types, click on Documents. Click on
the Modify button and browse to the folder you wish.

Are you opening emailed Word file attachments directly from your email
program? If so, then you cannot change the default save location.
