How can I run two powerpoints on two screens?

I want to run two presentations one on each screen so that I can work on both
at the same time... In excel you can do this and in word but in porwerpoint
all new presentation get stuck in the same program so apart from cascading
them on one screen you cannot split them.

You can drag the PPT window onto both screens and use Windows > Arrange All.

If you have a version before 2007 you can also use this trick on some set
ups to get two instances open (each with a toolbar). It doesn't seem to work
in 2007.
