I want to send a 4 page file to a group of people who all have different
types of PC's. I want to be able to send my file in a format that everyone
can open no matter what type of hardware or software they have. Any
suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Try www.primopdf.com - PDF is the most universal format around, and it is
easy to generate PDFs from Publisher.
