How can I save business contacts in the business contacts folder?

When I try to save new email address and try to save them in any folder other
than the "Contacts" folder, it will not let me. I get the message: "This
item could not be saved to this folder. The folder has been deleated or
moved or you do not have permission. Do you want to save a copy in the
default folder for the item?" I have not done anything with the folders, and
I am the administrator, but it is frustrating not to be able to save any of
my contacts in various folders except the contacts folder. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated. I use Outlook 2003.
