How can I select outlook contact fields to be synchronized to Axim

My Axim X3 only shows a single business phone number, but my outlook contact
fields are fully populated - 3-6 phone numbers. I can't find the controls to
tell it which, if not all phone numbers should be synchronized. There's
plenty of screen room on the X3

If your Axim is running Windows Mobile 2003 or Pocket PC 2002, ActiveSync
will synchronize the entire contact item, including all phone numbers.
