How can I share resource calendars

Hi,

I'd like to know how to share a resource calendar? Basically user would
like to see the entire agenda for scheduling. So far it seems to work okay
if I go and select Open a shared calendar in Outlook 2003. However, if I
use OWA, I get I don't have access to the mailbox?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. We're running Exchange 2007 SP1.
