How can I stop the overallocation box from appearing every time I adjust a task?

I'm going through my plan reassigning resources and every time I change
a line or an assignment I am to the "Project cannot resolve the over
allocation for "XXXXXXXXXXXXXX". I know that the person is over
allocated, this is why I'm adjusting the plan. Is there anyway to stop
this annoying dialog until I have finished my adjustments and
re-leveled?
