How can I tranform a word document into a jpeg file

versions of Office come with a Document Imaging tool that
works something like a scanner. But I'm not certain whether
that could somehow be turned into a jpeg.
Other than that, your only option would be to make a screen
shot of each page in the document, then PASTE the contents
of the clipboard into a graphics program and save. Many
graphics programs even have a screen capture tool that will
let you choose what part of the screen you want to capture.
