How can I use files increated in Mac desktop publishing software?

In Microsoft Publisher, I would like to work with files that have been
created in mac software such as Adobe Pagemaker or Indesign. Is there a good
file conversion software that I could use for this purpose?

There are no decent conversion utilities. The closest one you might find
would be the PDF Converter by Scansoft. You could make a PDF out of
PageMaker/Indesign then using the PDF Converter, Publisher can then open the
PDF file, but you would lose probably 90% or more of your formatting.

In addition, outputting image files from those Adobe apps would work as
well, allowing you to insert the item as a picture in Publisher, but no
ability to edit.

The applications are night and day. PageMaker does have an import filter for
Publisher files however, so that is an option for those looking to go the
other way with the files.
