How can I view a Visio web doc?

Visio can publisk drawings into an html webpage. Can I attach that to an
email? If so, why can't the recipients view the doc?

Because export to html produce a lot of file, Its better to attach the
original VSD file and to have the visio viewer installed on the destination
pc.
