How can my customers visualize my publications?

I designed an email to advertise my company to prospects. I've sent some out
as a test, but the people who received them can't visualize them. Also, how
can my assistant in Brazil visualize the brochures I design if she does not
have Publisher installed?

People will only be able to see the file if they have Publisher installed.
The easiest way around this is to convert the document to PDF. The PDF
Printer converter is a free download that will do this. After it's
downloaded, open the Publisher document, hit print and change the printer to
PDF995. The document will then save as a PDF. For anyone receiving it, all
they need is Adobe Reader which is another free download.
