Depends who you are using, and what type of email.
You can use your ISPs if you want for outgoing emails.
1. Open outlook, and select 'accounts' from the tools menu at the top.
2. In the mail tab, select 'Mail', then select the account you want to send
mail from.
3. Then to the right, click 'properties'.
4. Select 'servers' up the top on that new window.
5. In the Outgoing mail, it should say something like this 'smtp.yourisp.com
If your ISP is AOL, then it will be 'smtp.aol.com'
6. In the outgoing mil server down the bottom of that same window, select
'my server requires authentication', put a tick in that box, then click
settings to the right of that box.
Logon Information.
This is the logon you use to enter your ISPS email online. Click 'Log On
Using' and enter your account name and password. Then click Okay. Then Apply.
Then close the internet accounts window.
That's it.
