how do calculate FTEs in MS Project?

I need to display FTE (Full Time Employee) hours by month, preferably in the
Task Usage and Resource usage reports. Also preferably in the right side grid.

Hi sdesomer,

For the Resource Usage report:
Edit the report and in the cross tab portion set the column to Months.

If you want to view the information in the Resource Usage view (not report),
zoom out of the view (using the magnifying glass with the minus sign) to
show months. The Work field shows the assigned work per resource per month.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Sorry, I know how to change the time scale. What I needed was to display work
and also # of FTEs (Full Time Employees) the work represented. My solution
only works if you are not using the Cost piece of the resources. If you enter
..2/d in the rate for each resource, then Cost which can be displayed as a
line under work contains the FTEs.

Thanks anyway for your help.
