How do convert a bitmap image into a Word document?

I received a document in bitmap format. I need to convert it to Word because
I don't want to type it all over again. Please help me!

You'll need to obtain some OCR (optical character recognition)
software such as OmniPage. I think that there are less expensive
alternatives.
