How do I access outlook e-mail from another computer.

My e-mail goes to my sbc mail box first (a few seconds) and then to my
outlook box. Once it has passed on to outlook it is no longer available at my
sbc mail box.

When I travel I would like to access my outlook mail box from another
computer that is not my own. How do I do that?

Set Outlook to "Leave a copy of mail on the Server". You should also set
Outlook to "Delete mail from the server after (xx) days so that it doesn't
pile up and run you out of storage space on the server.
