How do I add address's/fax numbers to my resources?

I am a new user, I want to add fax numbers and address's to my resources and
then I want it to print on the top left hand corner of their to-do list. Any
ideas?

You can add custom fields for resources to hold the address and fax data,
but you can't show them in the header and footer without using VBA code to
temporarily enter them into the header.
