How do I add Questions/Parking Lot items to my MSProject?

Is there a way to add a separate sheet to the project that MS Project
essentially ignores? I intend to have a Qs/parking lot items added to the
project. This way I dont have to maintain a project related item in a
separate place in form of an Excel sheet/Word Doc. Another option could be to
include such 'external' docs in the project so that they are acceessible from
within the Project, this could in addition be helpful for including Visio
drawings, etc in the project.

VC,
You're kinda asking Project to be a multi-media application and it
isn't. I see two choices. Project Server has extra whistles and bells
for integrating enterprise level information for a project into a
database structure that is web accessible. Check out the Microsoft
website for more information: www.microsoft.com/project/

If you don't want to go with the added expense of the Server version,
you could use the Notes field at say the Project Summary Task level to
serve as a parking lot. You will need to use Project/Task
Information/Notes tab for the Project Summary Task to see the text but
at least it is integrated directly into Project. You should be aware
that you can not only type text into the Notes field but you can also
copy and paste text from other applications.

Perhaps other users have additional suggestions.

Hope this helps.

VC - have you considered the Hyperlink option - you could have a Milestone
Task linked to a document listing your "Parking Lot" items or any other
document including Visio files.
