How do I attach my logo/name as a footer to all outgoing emails

I set it up once & for some reason it's now gone. I can insert a file to an
existing new message, but I wish to have the footer automatically on every
new email I send. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried defining a signature and configuring Outlook to add it to
your outbound e-mails?

Hi , I found my way through to the signiture area & the saved footer was
there !
All is back to normal. Thanks so much , you made my day. I've never asked
for help in a forum before. I'm now converted !! Cheers.
