Save the presentation as a PowerPoint Show (*.pps). Go to the File menu and
choose Save As. Under the Save As type, scroll down the list of types until
you see PowerPoint Show.

You can rename the PowerPoint file extension from .ppt to .pps. Or when
saving, click File > Save As. Under Save as type, select PowerPoint Show. By
doing so, double clicking on the ppt file will open up the slideshow
immediately.
