how do I automatically print e-mails in Outlook?

As in... newspapers and so on that arrive. I would love to wake up in the
morning and see that certain e-mails (like a filter) have been printed and
are waiting for me.

The Rules Wizard (on the Tools menu) in OL2003 (and probably OL2002) has a
'print it' action so you can use it to automatically printout message that
meet certain criteria.
