I have a 2 license copy of MS Office 2003 Standard running on my 2 XP PC’s.
How do I back up and synchronize my email, contacts, calendar, notes, tasks,
and journal files between the to in the easiest and sanest way possible?

I use OutBack Plus to back up my main computer. I can, and
do, go to the second computer and "restore" the back up.
Now both systems are synchronized.
