How do I batch select contacts by category for emailing

Is there a way to batch select contacts sorted by category and add them to a
distribution list or add them to the "To" field in an email?

Use the By Category View of your Contacts Folder.
Select the Category > Actions > New Message to Contact...

Thanks Russ - After I posted my question I used a different search criteria
only to find that you've answered this question a bunch-o-times. If Microsoft
has a suggestion box I'd like to see categories as a selection criteria on
the distribution list page, it would save you lots of time answering this
same question ad infinitum.

Thanks again

Actually, DL's are so problematic and difficult to maintain, that it is best
to avoid them all together and just use Categories instead.
