How do I become an administrator in Project Server?

I am trying to connect my Project Pro and Project Server, how do I make a URL
and start up Project Server, all the tools are loaded on my work comp.

In the future, please post your Project Server questions in the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is devoted to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question, to
connect to Project Web Access, complete the following stes:

1. Launch your Internet Explorer
2. Enter the URL for your Project Server in the form
http://servername/projectserver
3. Enter Administrator as the User Name
4. Enter the password you selected at the time you installed Project Server
5. Click the Go button

To connect Microsoft Project to Project Server and log in using the built-in
Administrator account, refer to the following URL:
