HOW DO I BUY MICROSOFT OFFICE PICTURE MANAGER ONLY

I GUESS I REALLY NEED TO TALK TO MICROSOFT.. IVE BEEN ALL "ROUND THE
MULBERRY BUSH" WITH WEBSITES STC.. I SEE A PRICE OF 149 BUCKS, BUT IT
LOOKS LIKE THATS THE WHOLE BAG OF TRICKS... I ONLY WANT THE "PICTURE
MANAGER" PROGRAM.. CAN I BUY THIS???

Why?

I'm not being funny, at least not intentionally, but I don't understand why you
would want to spend money for it. What version of Office do you have? Maybe
your version comes with something better than Picture Manager.

(Typing in all caps is interpreted as shouting on the Internet. Aside from that
it is extremely difficult to use.)
