how do i change a jpg to a power point template

Insert the jpg as a background in the master (View - Master - Slide master -
Format - Background - click on listarrow - choose fill effects - picture
tab - browse and insert - apply to all) of a brand new presentation. Close
the master, now immediately save as a template, in the save as list choose
design template *.pot.
