how do I change a PDF file to a Word Doc?

I scanned a document which then saved as a PDF but now I want to edit this in
Word?

How can I do this?

Please help!!!

Buy "Transformer" from Adobe and it will convert PDF files to Word
documents, OR rescan it as a tif and OCR it to a txet file!
