How do I change a publisher postcard to full page size?

Open your project in Publisher and go to...
Edit / Select All...
Arrange / Group...
Edit / Copy...

Now open another instance of Publisher
and go to...Edit / Paste.

Now you can resize the copy by dragging
the handles.

(Hold your Shift key while dragging to
prevent distortion)
