The easiest is to convert to Acrobat PDF format, and form there you can
easily create jpg images with each page.

A jpg is a graphic image - you can create a graphic image by printing to
your fax software and saving the result. Or you can use a more sophisticated
screen capture utility such as the excellent SnagIt (you'll find a link on
the favourites page of my web site).
