how do i change calendar appointment labelsfor entourage categories

I want to customize my labels for calendar categories. Business, City, In person, phone call, vacation, etc. also change colors

Select the Categories icon and select Edit categories. Clicking on the color
button allows you to assign different colors. The "other" options gives you
more control over colors.
