How do I change design template to blank presentation?

I started with a saved blank presentation and then applied a design template
and would now like to remove it altogther. How do I do this?

In PowerPoint 2002/2003 click, Click Design in your formatting tool bar
(you've apparently already found this since you were able to apply another
design. In the Design Task Bar on the right, in the "Available to Use"
section of design template options, click the "Default Design" option. This
will remove your design.
